Our Beloved "Tilly"...

~Angel Unexpected~   July 20, 1984  to August 12, 2007

Miranda was murdered by a man she barely knew on August 12, 2007. He barged into her life and quickly used her - and when he was done- as he said he was,  two days later she was found dead in his house of an overdose of multiple drug toxicity. He had more than enough time to change his mind to help her, or to allow those who begged him to save her life, to do something right.  It was not his intention to do what was right for her.  He was covering himself, from being in prison again.  When she was found 14 hours after her death, two men were arrested.  It has been over 4 years attempting to have a fair and unbiased Jury to take to trial all the actions of both these men leading up to and with the ending result~  her death.

There will be more detailed information later, as the case is not over yet. I've found through the death of my daughter, Miranda,  that our legal system, laws of California are not consistent with the intentions of the laws as pertaining to our existing gun and drug laws, and; as I've found also within the Federal Violence Against Women Act.

Miranda's family will dedicate her website with valuable information. What our existing laws are not doing for this, especially, since the man who did in fact murder Miranda, found a silent killer he could get away with, or so he thought.  He was still on probation for a violent offense against a former girlfriend, and had even another previous conviction of assault and battery of another former girlfriend,  for which his intent to harm her.

Two cases of domestic violence within a matter of only a few years.  Other numerous crimes in between.  His accomplice in these criminal activities on the weekend of Miranda's death. He was also let free on probation, once again, possession of illegal weapons, drugs for sale, dealer tally's found and all indications of being a big time drug dealer. Off without charges, except the most minor.  He was key - as a 4th witness to this case against the male defendant who perpetrated her death.  Saw to it she was dead and unable to speak for herself why and how she was involved, why and how these drugs in these amounts got into her system.  She was all about life, and living healthy.  Career minded and successful.  What hold did he have on her?  He stole money from her. Credit card fraud.  She wasn't going to take it.  Her confrontation to him as this regards, ended with her being dead.

~ This will be a website in her Memory and what we as a family can do to help change areas in which our legal system has shown us that her death and the death/& or destruction of other's  is insignificant to them. Justice has not prevailed, with this arranged plea bargain, even though he did plead guilty to Voluntary Manslaughter.

Please check back as this will be ongoing in updating and configuring.  It's a website Miranda had purchased for her businesses she was developing. They never came to fruitation.  The domain name, mirandadaly.com was paid for in early 2007 for a ten year period, which indicated she did expect to live out her dreams and was indeed working toward her goals, and add to the acheviements she had already accomplished by the age of 22 years.  She died 23 days after her 23rd birthday.

Having her life taken, has devasted our family and many friends who she loved and cherished more than anyone could possibly. Yet, the most important of this entire ordeal for us is not as important as the fact that she lost her liberty, life and pursuit of happiness. She so deserved more.  She did deserve some justice as she paid dearly with her life.

More links, and photos, and information to follow very soon... please continue with us in our fight for:
Justice For Miranda!  and for others who may be unfortunate to follow in similar situation's, which can definitely be avoided through education and understanding, and changes to our current laws.

~ I was told in the beginning, that in California, no one has any obligation to another person's life, according to CA State Law, unless you are within the definitions they have created for such laws.  And that disregard to human life and liberty is okay, as long as it fits within these multitudes of 'definitions' determined to encompass humanity ~

as for PREVENTING OTHERS FROM GIVING LIFE SAVING MEASURES? WELL,  I think there is a law against this. Called Gross Indifference to Human Life, Total Disregard to Human Life. Negligent Homicide.  Perpetrated INTENTIONALLY.  NOTHING HE DID DURING THIS WEEKEND ENDING HER LIFE WAS ANYTHING LESS THAN VOLUNTARY. WILLFUL. MALICIOUS. MALIGNANT HEART OF HEARTS -   yet, the lawyers always find the fine little loopholes to get by with dismissing a murder trial - apparently insignificant enough to prosecute to fullest extent.  Which we as a family were promised that they would.  They failed Miranda.   This man took her life.  The system buried her right to life and Justice.

San Bernardino County District Attorneys and Prosecutors want my silence, and acceptance that this is the best they can do.  I object very loudly.  They do not care.  They do not have to care.  It is only another case they want rid of.

Soon, I will have the full information.  I am adding a little at a time.  I will become more and more vocalized of this in full, as each day passes.

This man will not walk free lightly. Nor will the District Attorneys who failed in this case.
